Partnership Lead esynergy | London – Hybrid/Remote working

Do you have a keen interest in partnerships, collaboration and how they do and don’t work. Are you able to see where partnerships drive mutual value and build meaningful relationships to understand and nurture this.

Role overview:

Partnerships are foundational to how we deliver our work and our business is run on successful partnerships. We have some early-stage but strong relationships with vendors and hyper scalers and would like to strengthen these and make them core to our business. We believe these relationships will further help us deliver value to our customers and so are critical to the success of the business and are looking for someone who can help build these relationships into a core pillar of the business.

Responsibilities:🌟

• Set and execute partner strategy to support the business to deliver value to our customers.
• Build strong partnerships with some of our key partners, Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Databricks, Snowflake, Datastax.
• Support wining work in new and existing accounts. Building & engaging our communities and measure and deliver value to our customers through partnerships.
• Partnership funding programs, building joint GTM and other collaboration opportunities.
• Build accelerators with tech and platforms supporting vendors and hyper scalers.

Requirements: ✔️

• Demonstrable experience and networks across Microsoft / Amazon and others.
• Knowledge of internal systems set up to help drive partnerships forward easily and swiftly.
• Experience & understanding how funding programs (MAP, ESIF), certifications, joint GTM & winning work together with hyper scalers.
• Desire & ability to link partnerships with creating value for our customers. Knowledge of how this works across public and private sectors.
• Passion for continuous improvement—staying current with key challenges & opportunities with partnerships and link to our customers, communities, and our goals.
