• Proven experience as a Data Analyst on complex system replacement or transformation projects.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with data extraction, transformation, and analysis tools.
• Familiarity with data migration best practices, data mapping, and database design.
• Ability to analyse and interpret complex data sets to support the build of structured rules engines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
