Role overview

We’re looking for experienced Flutter developers to join a fast-moving mobile engineering team focused on building high-quality, scalable products. You'll be expected to take ownership of features, collaborate across disciplines, and embed directly into a well-supported, cross-functional delivery environment.

Familiarity with React Native is a plus, especially for those who can help align short-term solutions with longer-term platform strategy.

We strongly prefer AI-native engineers who are comfortable leveraging tools like Copilot and Claude to accelerate development and support capability uplift within the wider team. Your focus will be on building, iterating, and delivering exceptional mobile experiences.

Technical requirements:✔️

• Proven experience delivering production apps using Flutter
• Exposure to React Native for legacy compatibility or platform transitions
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools in daily engineering workflows (Copilot, Claude, etc.)
• Effective in cross-functional teams with design, DevOps, and platform support
