Client Principal - Private Sector

We are looking to grow our team and are now looking for Client Principals who are tasked with delivering exceptional value to private sector clients and being an expert in one or more fields!
Responsibilities: 🌟
- Drive £8-10M+ in annual consulting revenue through new and existing accounts
- Act as a strategic advisor to CxO-level clients, aligning esynergy’s propositions to business and technology outcomes
- Shape and convert market intelligence into growth strategies, campaigns, and account plays
- Qualify opportunities using MEDDICC and the Value Selling methodology
- Manage pre-sales engagements with our lead associates, customers & partners
- Build and deliver SOW (statements of work), negotiate ng commercials and financials with internal & customer teams
- Cross-sell & identify new market opportunities, develop market intelligence and trends across the market
- Reviews, forecasts, stakeholder management
- Work closely with internal teams to identify lead associates and pre-formed teams for specific engagements
Requirements: ✔️
- Proven track record of winning net new business in the cloud consulting landscape across government and/ or financial services
- Strong track record of consultative selling in enterprise or regulated industries, with a focus on financial services, fintech, or insurance
- Comfortable navigating complex procurement cycles and long lead-time sales
- Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and build long-term strategic relationships
- Commercial acumen around bid writing, pitches, proposals, workshops and negotiating commercials & financials.
- Keen interest in cloud, open-source and best ways of working in the tech space.
- Oversee seamless project transition from sales to delivery, ensuring commercial ownership and stakeholder alignment remains intact
- Partner channels. Working with partners to drive value with customers.

- Win and onboard 2–3 net new logos in financial services or fintech
- Deepen strategic partnerships in at least one major account
- Contribute to esynergy’s go-to-market positioning and feedback loops from clients to marketing/product teams
