Role overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Tech Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll not only drive architectural and technical decisions but also mentor engineers, ensure code quality, and help shape the strategic direction of our products. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Technical requirements: ✔️

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or senior role.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability
  
• Proficient with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices
  
• Experience leading agile teams, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior developers
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
• Bonus: Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, etc.)
