We are looking for a Engagement/Delivery Lead to join the esynergy Delivery function. You will manage project delivery across planning, execution, monitoring and completion. You will also take on engagement responsibilities that help associates, clients and internal teams stay aligned and supported throughout each assignment.

Responsibilities

Delivery and Engagement

• Support the creation of SOWs with senior consultants and project teams.

• Align associates to SOW deliverables and help embed value delivery into each

engagement.

• Work with Sales to help maintain commercial viability.

• Coordinate internal and external delivery kick offs.

• Manage onboarding and offboarding for associates.

• Maintain regular engagement check ins with associates. This includes delivery

support and performance guidance and maintain ongoing check ins with delivery partners.

Delivery Operations

• Support weekly account planning.

• Maintain delivery plans, stakeholder maps and RAID activity, identifying and escalating risks and issues.

• Prepare weekly delivery reports and maintain regular client touchpoints (internal and client).

• Completion statements, monthly value reviews and monthly team health

checks.
