Our client teams are responsible for identifying new opportunities to deliver value to our existing and new customers within our offerings.
Identifying new opportunities to deliver value:
- Identify and target key customers, industries and key personas (c-suite & tech leadership) that would benefit from our offerings.
- Work closely with the consulting & delivery and leads to build our account plans to develop and add value across other areas of our existing customers.
- Leverage existing network, build new network by offering value to them. Conferences, round tables or simply just helping others before asking for anything.
- Proposals, pitches, co-creating the teams (with talent, delivery & consulting), leading and shaping engagements with our community of lead associates.
- Add value to our communities through upskilling & create a high level of engagement.
- Co-create new offerings to support our customers achieve better business outcomes & creating value with consulting and our leads.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience & love of building strong relationships with C-suite and tech leadership by adding value in tech solutions
- Experience mapping out accounts and identifying opportunities to cross sell and add value across other parts of existing customers.
- for growing accounts within professional services or consulting or technology business, strong knowledge of our core practice areas and domains
- Love for building long term meaningful relationships with c-suite and leadership
- Interest in understanding business challenges and mapping that back to business value and outcomes in compelling narratives
